Dr. Louise B. Miller, Ph.D.
As an Integrative Mental Health Specialist with a Ph.D. in Mind-Body Medicine and a rich background from Harvard University and Pepperdine University, I'm dedicated to helping individuals lead happier lives and overcome psychological challenges. My approach involves personalized treatment plans, goal setting, and utilizing various modalities tailored to each client's needs, specializing in grief, trauma, PTSD, addiction, anxiety, and phobias.

Believing strongly in the mind-body connection, I integrate techniques such as mindfulness, nutrition, exercise, and meditation into treatment plans alongside behavioral and lifestyle modifications. With certifications in Animal Assisted Therapy, Substance Abuse Counseling, Trauma and Grief Counseling, and Life Coaching, I bring a comprehensive approach to mental health care.

Author of three impactful books - "Psychological First Aid - Removing the Stigma, Reframing the Way We Think About Mental Health," "Friends With Benefits - Never Underestimate The Power of a Cold Nose," and "Wings Up, You Got This!!!!" - I aim to reshape perspectives on mental health and offer practical insights for personal growth and well-being.

I invite you to partner with me on your journey toward the life you desire and deserve. Remember, as long as you're breathing, it's never too late to thrive!

With appreciation,
Dr. Louise B. Miller

Rancho Mirage, CA
My goal is to destigmatize psychological illness and promote mental health treatment.  Integrative Therapy's holistic approach, acknowledges the mind-body connection, and is a powerful tool in fostering overall well-being. By recognizing and addressing the interconnectedness of mental and physical health, individuals can access more comprehensive and effective care.

I am available for speaking engagements to further spread awareness and education about mental health and to not only reduce the stigma but also empower others to prioritize their mental well-being and seek the support they need.
